FOB Origin, Freight Collect definition

FOB Origin, Freight Collect means that Purchaser assumes responsibility for designation of carrier and mode, cost of shipment (including insurance), filing of claims, and takes title for goods at point of shipment. Purchaser bears responsibility for expense and risk of placing goods into possession of carrier at the place where shipment is originated.

  • Purchaser may hold any Product rejected for reasons described herein pending Vendor’s instructions, or Purchaser, at Purchaser’s option, may return such Products to Vendor at Vendor’s expense, F.O.B. Origin, Freight Collect.

Origin, Freight Collect with instructions to the carrier to forward the original freight ▇▇▇▇ and copy of ▇▇▇▇ of lading to Seller which in turn will charge Buyer for such costs without additional ▇▇▇▇-up of any kind.

  • Lowe’s has the right to designate any Product returned to Vendor as F.O.B. Origin, Freight Collect without requiring Vendor return authorization.
