The Developer agrees to promptly do all things that are necessary for Council to procure the registration of this Deed in the relevant folio of the Register for the Land in accordance with section 93H of the EP&A Act and in accordance with Schedule 8.
The Developer will provide the Minister with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register and a copy of the registered dealing within 10 Business Days of registration of this deed.

The Developer and Landowner will, at their own expense, procure the registration of this Planning Agreement under the Real Property ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in the relevant folio of the Register as Contemplated by Section 7.6 of the Act.
