The Charity grants Food Drop and any Partner Retailer which donates Food to the Charity permission to make public announcements regarding Food Drop’s, or a Partner Retailer’s, relationship with the Charity (including the use of the Charity’s name, logo and marks in such announcements).
Food Drop shall have absolute discretion as to whether it approves the Charity’s Account and may not provide or withdraw its approval for any or no reason.
The Charity therefore accepts that there may be a delay in the creation of its Account and that Food Drop shall not be responsible for any such delay.
The Charity shall grant Food Drop, and any of its auditors and other advisers, access to the Charity’s premises, personnel, facilities, system and records to inspect, audit and take photographs of the Charity’s premises and facilities necessary to verify the Charity’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If Food Drop does waive a default committed by the Charity, Food Drop will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that Food Drop will automatically waive any later default by the Charity.
Food Drop shall not be a party to any agreement, arrangement, contract or other relationship (whether informal or formal) that is or may be created amongst or between the Charity and Volunteers, Partner Retailers and/or any third parties.
Food Drop will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the duration of such Outages.
Food Drop may review, verify and/or approve the Charity’s registration for an Account prior to the creation of the Charity’s Account.
