Medical examiner means a person who is licensed, certified or registered, in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations, to perform physical examinations. The term includes but is not limited to doctors of medicine, doctors of osteopathy, physician assistants, advanced registered nurse practitioners, and doctors of chiropractic.
National examination means the examinations developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and approved by the board for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.
Hearing examiner means the labor commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.
Examiner means the medical examiners as provided in KRS 61.665;
Controller of Examinations means the Controller of Examinations of the University;
