Food Service Inventory definition

Food Service Inventory means all items used in the preparation or dispensing at the Locations of food items for immediate consumption, including such resulting food items.

Food Service Inventory means items not intended for retail sale at the applicable locations, but incorporated into items intended for sale (such as cups), but specifically excluding general cleaning and related supplies.

Examples of Food Service Inventory in a sentence

  • A physical count of actual quantities of Merchandise Inventory, Food Service Inventory and Supplies Inventory will be taken by the Independent Auditor not more than five (5) days before or five (5) days after the Closing.

  • Food Service Inventory will be valued at Company’s cost, as determined by Company’s monthly foodservice workbook, a copy of which will be provided to Purchaser and the Independent Auditor before or at the Physical Inventory.

  • Food Service Inventory will be valued at Company’s cost, as determined by Company’s monthly foodservice inventory form, a copy of which will be provided to Purchaser and the Independent Auditor before or at the Physical Inventory.

  • Seller shall provide to Buyer no more than five (5) days prior to Closing a reasonable estimate of the value of all of the Convenience Store Inventory (the “Estimated Convenience Store Inventory Value”) based on Seller’s inventory reports as of the date that such Estimated Convenience Store Inventory Value is determined by Seller with the exception of Food Service Items and Food Service Inventory, the value of which shall be determined as set forth below.

  • A physical count of actual quantities of Merchandise Inventory, Food Service Inventory, Lottery Inventory, and Car Wash Supplies Inventory will be taken by the Independent Auditor not more than ten (10) days before or ten (10) days after the Closing.
