Labor costs means total compensation of all employees, not to include compensation paid
Trip Cost means the dollar amount of Trip payments or deposits paid by the Insured prior the Insured’s Trip Departure Date and shown on any required application which is subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions. Trip cost will also include the cost of any subsequent pre-paid payments or deposits paid by the Insured for the same Trip, after application for coverage under this plan provided the Insured amends the Application to add such subsequent payments or deposits and pays any required additional plan cost prior to the Insured’s Departure Date.
FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.
Net cost means the Contractor’s actual cost after deducting all permitted cash and trade discounts, rebates, allowances, credits, sales taxes, commissions, and refunds (whether or not any or all of the same shall have been taken by the Contractor) of all parts and materials purchased by the Contractor solely for the use in performing its obligation hereunder provided, where such purchase has received the prior written approval of the Manager as required herein. The Contractor shall promptly furnish to the Manager such bills of sale and other instruments as the Manger may require, executed, acknowledged and delivered, assuring to the Manager title to such materials, supplies, equipment, parts, and tools free of encumbrances.
Direct Cost means a cost not to exceed the cost of labor, material, travel and other expenditures to the extent the costs are directly incurred to provide the relevant assistance or service. “Direct Cost” to the Acquirer for its use of any of a Respondent’s employees’ labor shall not exceed the average hourly wage rate for such employee;
book cost means the total amount paid to purchase a security, including any transaction charges related to the purchase, adjusted for reinvested distributions, returns of capital and corporate reorganizations;
Standard Cost means any cost computed with the use of preestablished measures.
Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.
Cost means all expenditure reasonably incurred (or to be incurred) by the Contractor, whether on or off the Site, including overhead and similar charges, but does not include profit.
Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operative Agreements, the Equipment Cost for any Replacement Unit shall be deemed to be the Equipment Cost or deemed Equipment Cost of the Unit replaced by such Replacement Unit.
Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.
Estimated Cost , for the purposes of rule 22, means the estimated cost to maintain, repair or replace a major capital item;
The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Costs means, with respect to the Non-Defaulting Party, brokerage fees, commissions, legal expenses and other similar third party transaction costs and expenses reasonably incurred by such Party in entering into any new arrangement which replaces this Agreement.
Allowable cost means a cost that complies with all legal requirements that apply to a particular federal education program, including statutes, regulations, guidance, applications, and approved grant awards.
Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.
Lessor's Cost for the Aircraft means the amount denominated as such in Exhibit B to the Lease.
Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.
Transfer Costs means the cost of registration of Transfer arising herefrom calculated with reference to the fee chargeable in terms of the recommended guideline of conveyancing fees, and all incidental disbursements necessary to effect registration, together with VAT on such costs and disbursements, but specifically excluding any costs relating to mortgage bond registration;

No-load Cost means the hourly cost required to create the starting point of a monotonically increasing incremental offer curve for a generating unit.
Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;
Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.
