Meals will be reimbursed at the rate allowed by Lancaster County. I will not utilize any rewards accounts to acquire personal points or rewards as a result of any reimbursed travel expense. In addition, airfare will be purchased at the lowest price available between Lincoln and Omaha. A cost comparison of 3 different flights may be requested during an audit, so please file this. Any seat purchased needs to be at basic coach class. No additional fees (other than 1 bag) is allowable (i.e. no extras for reserved seats, exit row, priority, etc.). Forbearance Not Waiver. No delay or omission by the Secured Party in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or with respect to any Liabilities shall operate as a waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy and no single or partial exercise thereof shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
