Forbearance Not Waiver. No delay or omission by the Secured Party in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or with respect to any Liabilities shall operate as a waiver thereof or of any other right or remedy and no single or partial exercise thereof shall preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
