Foreclosure Proceedings. Proceedings or action for foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure or trustee's sale with respect to any Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgaged Property.
Foreclosure Proceedings. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the period commencing with a determination by the related Servicer that it is required, pursuant to the terms of the related Servicing Agreement, to put a stop code on such Mortgage Loan in the Servicer's system whereby the Servicer will not accept any payments on the Mortgage Note other than a payment in full.
Foreclosure Proceedings means the court proceedings (including, without limitation, any proceedings, process and/or acts in connection with the enforcement of any judgment or settlement agreement) by which a creditor seeks payment of the outstanding amount of a mortgage loan, together with the related interest and expenses, pursuant to PRC Law. Foreclosure Proceedings include, but are not limited to, auctions of property subject to a Mortgage in full or partial satisfaction of a non-performing loan.
