Foreign area definition

Foreign area means any area situated outside the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the possessions of the United States. With respect to teachers defined in subsection n, hereof, "foreign area" also includes the Midway Islands.
