Foreign Authorized Entity definition

Foreign Authorized Entity means a foreign Central Authority or an accred- ited body or entity other than the Cen- tral Authority authorized by the rel- evant foreign country to perform Cen- tral Authority functions in a Conven- tion adoption case.
Foreign Authorized Entity means a foreign Central Authority or foreign entity authorized to perform Central Authority functions, other than a United States au- thorized entity, in a Convention adoption case.
