Foreign Domestic Helper definition
Foreign Domestic Helper means the domestic helper of foreign nationality who is lawfully employed by the Insured Person, and residing with the Insured Person and/or his Immediate Family Member.
Foreign Domestic Helper means Domestic Helper under an Employment Contract as governed by the Immigration Ordinance (chapter 115).
Foreign Domestic Helper. (外籍家庭傭工) means a person who is admitted into Hong Kong for full-time, live-in employment with a specific employer to perform domestic duties at the employer’s residence specified in the Standard Employment Contract (SEC) (ID 407).
