  • Every such person shall also be deemed to represent and warrant that the Shares presented for deposit are, or upon deposit will have been issued or transferred to a non-resident of Pakistan on a repatriable basis in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Manual of the State Bank of Pakistan.
