Foreign Offer Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(c).
Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
U.S. Revolving Loans means the revolving loans made to the U.S. Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i), or any amendment to this Agreement entered into pursuant to Section 2.5, 2.6 or 2.7, each Agent Advance made to a U.S. Borrower and each U.S. Swingline Loan.
New Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.25.
Refinancing Revolving Loans means one or more Classes of Revolving Loans that result from a Refinancing Amendment.
Canadian Loans means, individually and collectively as the context may require, the Canadian Revolving Loans, the Canadian Swingline Loans, the Canadian Overadvances and the Canadian Protective Advances.
Existing Revolving Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Term Loans means, collectively, the Tranche A Term Loans and the Tranche B Term Loans.
Pending Revolving Loans means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans requested in any Notice of Borrowing received by the Agent which have not yet been advanced.
Replacement Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.4(a).
Qualifying Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(iv).
Domestic Loans means CD Loans or Base Rate Loans or both.
Other Revolving Loans means the Revolving Loans made pursuant to any Other Revolving Commitment.
Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.
or "Loans means and includes without limitation any and all commercial loans and financial accommodations from Lender to Borrower, whether now or hereafter existing, and however evidenced, including without limitation those loans and financial accommodations described herein or described on any exhibit or schedule attached to this Agreement from time to time.
Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).
Existing Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).
Revolving Loan Notes means with respect to any Borrower the promissory notes of such Borrower in favor of each Lender evidencing the Revolving Loans made to such Borrower and substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.7(a), as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
U.S. Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan made to the U.S. Borrower by the U.S. Revolving Lenders.
Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Company Party of offers for, and the corresponding acceptance by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a specified range of discounts to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(C).
Borrower Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment means the offer by any Company Party to make a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a Specified Discount to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(B).
New Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Term B Loans means (a) the term loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a), and (b) any Incremental Term Loans in the form of Term B Loans made by the Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(c).
Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Revolving Loan Obligations means any Obligations with respect to the Revolving Loans (including without limitation, the principal thereof, the interest thereon, and the fees and expenses specifically related thereto).
U.S. Loans means, individually and collectively as the context may require, the U.S. Revolving Loans, the Swingline Loans and the U.S. Protective Advances.
