Foreign Register definition

Foreign Register means the register of holders maintained by an issuer which is listed on a Foreign Stock Exchange in the jurisdiction of that Foreign Stock Exchange; and
Foreign Register means a register of an Issuer that is located outside Australia.
Foreign Register means the register of securities holders maintained by the registrar of the Company in the jurisdiction of another stock exchange.
