Forensics definition

Forensics means belonging to court of justice.   • In the event that You wish Magnet Forensics to perform any Excluded Service, such Excluded Service must be pursuant to a separate, mutually agreed upon written agreement between You and Magnet Forensics.

  • Magnet Forensics shall invoice Reseller upon the earlier of: (a) Reseller issuing a purchase order to Magnet Forensics that relates to the Quotation; (b) Reseller signing the Quotation; and (c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written indication, by email or otherwise, of approval of the Quotation.

  • If Reseller fails to pay any amount under this Agreement that is due and payable, and such failure remains unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of default by Magnet Forensics, in addition to any other rights and remedies available to Magnet Forensics, Magnet Forensics shall be entitled to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • Reseller will not knowingly provide Magnet Forensics any Feedback that is subject to third party intellectual property rights.

  • If Reseller is required to withhold any taxes from payments owed under this Agreement, the amount of payment due shall automatically be increased to offset such tax, so that the amount remitted to Magnet Forensics shall equal the amount invoiced or otherwise due.

  • Where bugs or defects are not critical (as determined in Magnet Forensics’ sole discretion), Magnet Forensics reserves the right to include fixes in a future scheduled release of the Software.

  • Reseller shall not assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of Magnet Forensics, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
