Forestry Development Authority definition

Forestry Development Authority or “FDA” means the authority established pursuant to the Public Authorities Law of the Recipient and charged with responsibility for, inter alia, the development of resources of the public forests in the territory of the Recipient and management of commercial activities undertaken by forest-dependent communities in connection therewith.
