Forfeiture Allocation definition
Forfeiture Allocation means that after the payment of administrative charges and expenses, the value of the Benefit Account shall be allocated to the Benefit Accounts of those Eligible Employees remaining in the Fund as described in Article XVI of this Trust Agreement.
