Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;
Form of Tender means the document entitled Form of Tender, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Procuring Entity for the Services.

The Form of Tender and pages of the Bills of Quantities are to be initialed by the members of the tender opening committee attending the opening.
