e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.
e-Tender means conducting of procurement processes by the Port with bidders for the acquisition of works and services through the use of information and communication technology (specially the internet) with the aim of open, nondiscriminatory and efficient procurement through transparent procedures;
