Formal Meeting definition

Formal Meeting means a meeting of Council regulated by the Act and as set out in Section 4.02 of this by-law;
Formal Meeting means any formal assembly that requires and qualifies for quorum with an approved agenda open to UH Hilo students, faculty, staff, and administration where Senate matters are discussed and/or voted upon for approval including, but not limited to senate bills, senate resolutions, senate committee reports, and/or budget requests and in accordance with the specified version of Robert’s Rules of Order used per the Senate Rules.
Formal Meeting means Annual General Meeting, Special General Meeting, or Board Meeting;

Examples of Formal Meeting in a sentence

  • The Neutral Mediator will attend the negotiations and will give an oral opinion as to the issues raised during the Formal Meeting.

  • The Formal Meeting shall be supervised and conducted by the Neutral Mediator, and shall have a duration of not more than forty-eight (48) hours.

Formal Meeting means a preplanned meeting between one or more representatives of VSCC and one or more employees concerning any grievance, personnel policy violation, or other general condition of employment.
