Formal notification definition

Formal notification means a form of communication between the parties made in writing by mail or email, which provides the sender with concrete evidence that the message was delivered to the specified recipient.
Formal notification has the meaning set out in Clause 4.2;
Formal notification means the issue by a regulatory authority of a requirement under Environmental Law which if not complied with is a criminal offence and in the event of a disagreement as to what is reasonable the matter shall be as determined by an expert appointed in accordance with (e) below.
