Former GE Employees means those Participants who were hired directly pursuant to the requirements of the Asset Purchase Agreement dated as of March 26, 2008, among General Electric Capital Corporation, GE Capital Financial Inc., General Electric Company, American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. and American Express Bank, FSB.
