The Former Student has one (1) calendar year from the date of the Written Document to access the services (“Access Period”).
The results of any evaluations of the Former Student conducted before or during the Pandemic Period.
The District will ensure that the Compensatory Services are reasonably available for the Former Student to access.
This set will be provided to CPS Former Student Records Department and used to fulfill legal requirements for maintenance of transcripts and for fulfilling transcript requests.
If services were provided by or at the expense of the Parent during the Pandemic Period, the team will consider and determine what the Former Student’s rate of progress or regression and level of performance would have been had the Former Student not received such services.
Failure by the Former Student to access the services during the Access Period will result in forfeit of the services by the Former Student.
