Formula ADM definition

Formula ADM means, for a joint vocational school district, the final number verified by the superintendent of public instruction, based on the enrollment reported and certified under division (D) of section 3317.03 of the Revised Code, as adjusted, if so ordered, under division (K) of that section.

Beginning in fiscal year 2007, for payments in which formula ADM is a factor, the formula ADM for each school district for the fiscal year is the sum of one-half of the number verified and adjusted for October of that fiscal year plus one-half of the average of the numbers verified and adjusted for October and February of that fiscal year.

Borrower shall give Bank prior written notice of Borrower’s election to enter into any such Streamline Period, and each such Streamline Period shall commence on the first day of the monthly period following the date Bank determines, in its sole discretion, that the Required Streamline Ratio has been achieved.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Local school operating revenue means school operating taxes levied under section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211. For a receiving district, if school operating taxes are to be levied on behalf of a dissolved district that has been attached in whole or in part to the receiving district to satisfy debt obligations of the dissolved district under section 12 of the revised school code, MCL 380.12, local school operating revenue does not include school operating taxes levied within the geographic area of the dissolved district.
