Formula Rate Protocols definition

Formula Rate Protocols means the provisions contained in Attachment H-9B to PJM’s OATT.
Formula Rate Protocols means the Pepco Formula Rate Protocols and the BGE Formula Rate Protocols.
Formula Rate Protocols means the ACE Formula Rate Protocols, the Delmarva Formula Rate Protocols and the PECO Formula Rate Protocols.

  • SCE’s Formula Rate Protocols require SCE to post a Draft Annual Update on SCE’s website on or before June 15 of each year.

  • Formula Rate For any Distribution Date and the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Certificate Margin and (ii) the Maximum Cap Rate.

  • Interest Rate Protection Agreement means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate hedging agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.

  • Interest Rate Protection Agreements means any agreement providing for an interest rate swap, cap or collar, or any other financial agreement designed to protect against fluctuations in interest rates.

  • Rate Protection means the payment of premiums for a defined period of time not exceeding 12 months, in advance of a rate increase that will not require any further payments to cover any difference between the advance payment and the new premium rate.

  • Rate Protection Agreement means, collectively, any interest rate swap, cap, collar or similar agreement entered into by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of this Agreement under which the counterparty to such agreement is (or at the time such Rate Protection Agreement was entered into, was) a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender.

  • Interest Rate Protection Obligations of any Person means the obligations of such Person pursuant to any arrangement with any other Person whereby, directly or indirectly, such Person is entitled to receive from time to time periodic payments calculated by applying a fixed rate of interest on a stated notional amount in exchange for periodic payments made by such Person calculated by applying a floating rate of interest on the same notional amount.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Interest Rate Agreement means with respect to any Person any interest rate protection agreement, interest rate future agreement, interest rate option agreement, interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate hedge agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement as to which such Person is party or a beneficiary.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the following rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for deposits in the currency of the Strike Price: the Reference Interest Rate specified in the Table which has been published on the screen page specified in the Table (the "Screen Page") (or on a screen page replacing such screen page) on the immediately preceding Reset Date, provided that if such day is a Monday, the relevant day will be the immediately preceding Friday; all as determined by the Determination Agent.

  • Interest Rate Agreements means, in respect of a Person, any interest rate protection agreements and other types of interest rate hedging agreements (including, without limitation, interest rate swaps, caps, floors, collars and similar agreements) designed to protect such Person against or manage exposure to fluctuations in interest rates.

  • Prescribed Rate means such rate of income tax as may be determined by order made by the Treasury;

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Advance Interest means the interest accrued on any Servicing Advance which is payable to the party that made that Servicing Advance, in accordance with the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Capitation means the reimbursement arrangement in which a fixed rate of payment per Enrollee per month is made to the Contractor for the performance of all of the Contractor’s duties and obligations pursuant to this Contract.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Rate Ceiling The maximum per annum Mortgage Interest Rate permitted under the related Mortgage Note.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to an HMO for each enrolled recipient for the provision of covered medical and health services whether or not the enrolled recipient received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

  • Administrative Cost Rate As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.

  • REMIC Remittance Rate The REMIC I Remittance Rate or the REMIC II Remittance Rate.
