Forward Certificate Transfer definition

Forward Certificate Transfer. An automated monthly transfer of ORECs to NYSERDA as described in Section 10.3 of the NYGATS Operating Rules.
Forward Certificate Transfer means the NEPOOL GIS process by which the transfer of RECs as of their applicable Creation Date is scheduled by the Account Holders in advance of said Creation Date ("Forward Certificates") per the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules, as amended from time to time.

  • Seller shall not discontinue its election to utilize a NYGATS Forward Certificate Transfer without prior written permission from NYSERDA.

More Definitions of Forward Certificate Transfer

Forward Certificate Transfer has the meaning set forth in the WREGIS Operating Rules.
Forward Certificate Transfer means the process for Account Holders in the NEPOOL GIS System to transfer certificates in advance of their applicable Creation Date (“Forward Certificates”) per the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules, as amended from time to time.
Forward Certificate Transfer. An automated monthly transfer of Tier 4 RECs to NYSERDA as described in Section 10.3 of the NYGATS Operating Rules or any other monthly transfer of Tier 4 RECs to NYSERDA as may be agreed in writing by the Parties.

Related to Forward Certificate Transfer

  • Initial Certificate Transfer Opinion means an opinion rendered by nationally recognized tax counsel (i) upon the initial transfer by the Depositor of a Certificate that results in the Issuer being treated as a partnership for United States federal income tax purposes and (ii) while any Note retained by the Issuer or a Person that is considered the same Person as the Issuer for United States federal income tax purposes is outstanding that (x) such Note will be debt for United States federal income tax purposes or (y) the transfer by the Depositor of such Certificate will not cause the Issuer to be treated as an association or publicly traded partnership taxable as a corporation.

  • Issuer SUBI Certificate Transfer Agreement means that certain issuer SUBI certificate transfer agreement, dated as of March 20, 2019, between the Transferor and the Issuer, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Reference Interest Rate Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate:

  • Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Certificate Distribution Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount being distributed to the Trust Certificateholders on such Payment Date.
