Forward Sales are transactions where energy is sold in a forward market to balance supply with demand.
For the purposes hereof, “Trading Day” means (i) with respect to Direct Sales, any day on which the Common Stock is traded on the Exchange, and (ii) with respect to Forward Sales, a Scheduled Trading Day as defined in the related Confirmation.
