Foundation Completion definition

Foundation Completion has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Foundation Completion with respect to an individual Foundation, means the achievement of the following milestones:

Examples of Foundation Completion in a sentence

  • Council will be reliant on the geotechnical engineer’s assessment of the liquefaction potential for each property once the earthworks have been completed and ground testing carried to determine the suitability of each site for building in the Foundation Completion Report required by PCC at the time of 224c certification.

  • Contractor shall achieve Foundation Completion with respect to each individual Foundation on or before the Critical Milestone Date therefor and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • Such certificate shall include the results of all testing relevant to achievement of such milestone and otherwise contain sufficient detail to enable Owner to determine that Contractor has achieved Access Road Completion, Foundation Completion, Electrical Works Completion, WTG Mechanical Completion, Project Mechanical Completion or Final Completion, as the case may be.

  • When Contractor believes that it has achieved any of Access Road Completion, Foundation Completion, Electrical Works Completion, WTG Mechanical Completion, Project Mechanical Completion or Final Completion, it shall deliver to Owner a completed Access Road Completion Certificate, Foundation Completion Certificate, Electrical Works Completion Certificate, WTG Mechanical Completion Certificate, Project Mechanical Completion Certificate or Final Completion Certificate, as the case may be.

  • Within six months of completion of the earthworks hereby consented or application for Section 224 certification for each stage, whichever occurs first, a Foundation Completion Report shall be supplied to the satisfaction of the Manager Resource Consents including a schedule of the compaction tests which shall also show their location, together with a certificate prepared by a chartered professional engineer appointed under Condition 5, stating the suitability of the earthworks for residential development.

More Definitions of Foundation Completion

Foundation Completion means the satisfaction of all of the requirements set forth in Section 6.2.
Foundation Completion means with respect to a Foundation the achievement of the following with respect to each individual Foundation: such Foundation is mechanically completed and installed in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the requirements of this Agreement; such Foundation is structurally complete and contains all necessary embedded inserts; the concrete portion of such Foundation has cured so as to have achieved the minimum strength necessary to allow assembly, erection and installation of the base Tower of the WTG thereon; backfilling of the area surrounding such Foundation has been completed; Contractor has documented any changes to each Foundation and the Infrastructure Facilities (both above-ground and below-ground in the immediate surrounding area of the such Foundation); and Owner has accepted or is deemed to have accepted a Foundation Completion Certificate with respect to such Work pursuant to Section 7.8.
Foundation Completion. Notify Bank immediately on completion of the foundation of the Improvements.

Related to Foundation Completion

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date
