Founder Hold Co definition
Founder Hold Co means each of following companies incorporated under the law of the British Virgin Islands: Kan’s Global CoolStuff Investment Inc., LQL Global Innovation Investment Inc., Jian’s Global CoolStuff Investment Inc., and Jialiang’s Global Creativity Investment Inc. (collectively, the “Founder Hold Cos”).
Founder Hold Co means Installment Payment Investment Inc., a British Virgin Islands exempted company, whose registered address is at Start Chambers, Wickham’s Cay II, P.O. Box 2221, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
