Founder Stockholders definition

Founder Stockholders means the former direct and indirect equityholders of Bridger Element LLC.

Founder Stockholders means, collectively, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx, and each is hereinafter referred to as a “Founder Stockholder”.
