Founding Company definition

Founding Company means a Target Company that is either a party to this Agreement or an Other Agreement that has not been terminated prior to Closing.
Founding Company means individually, either Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. or Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and collectively, both Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Founding Company shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.

Examples of Founding Company in a sentence

  • The Company shall have seven (7) days from the date of the distribution of such valuation to dispute the value of the Valued Assets of any Founding Company by providing written notice of such dispute to the CAO.
