Four Week Period definition

Four Week Period means each of Borrower's thirteen (13) fiscal periods in each fiscal year, each of which is four (4) weeks in duration, except for a single five (5) week period in leap years.
Four Week Period means each successive period of four Working Weeks during the Term of this Agreement.
Four Week Period means a period of four (4) consecutive weeks commencing on and from the Commencement Date.

Examples of Four Week Period in a sentence

  • Attached hereto as Schedule [ ] is an Approved Budget Variance Report, prepared by the Borrowers as of the last day of the [Prior Week][Cumulative Four Week Period].

  • If Employee dies during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay Employee's designated beneficiary (or, in the event of the death of or failure to designate a beneficiary, Employee's personal representative) the Base Salary provided for in Section 3(a) above, for the four calendar week period (the "Four Week Period") following the calendar week in which Employee dies, at the rate in effect at the time of his death.

  • Together with such Compliance Certificate, the Borrowers shall deliver an Approved Budget Variance Report, each of which shall be prepared by the Borrowers as of the last day of the Prior Week or the Cumulative Four Week Period, as applicable, and shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agents.

  • The undersigned represents and warrants that (i) the Actual Cash Receipts for the most recent Cumulative Four Week Period are not less than 90% of the Budgeted Cash Receipts for such Cumulative Four Week Period and (ii) the Actual Disbursement Amounts for such Cumulative Four Week Period do not exceed 110% of the Budgeted Disbursement Amounts for such Cumulative Four Week Period.

  • If a RN chooses to work the one hundred sixty (160) hours within a four (4) week period schedule, the RN will sign the form that is attached to the MOU entitled “One Hundred Sixty Hours in a Four Week Period Innovative Schedule” that is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Option 43 Group Price for timetable options 1, 8, 14, 20, 27 & 34 Option 44 Bath Christmas Markets Four Week Period from the last Thursday in November until the third Sunday in December.

  • Customer and Finisher shall, upon the completion of each Four- Week Period, net the number of yards during that period which constituted a Yardage Shortage and the number of yards which constituted a Yardage Overage.
