FPL GROUP CAPITAL means FPL Group Capital Inc, a Florida corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, or any successor under the Indenture. "Global Certificate" means a Certificate that evidences all or part of the Securities and is registered in the name of the Depositary or a nominee thereof. "Guarantee Agreement" means the Guarantee Agreement dated as of June 1, 1999, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as guarantee trustee, as originally executed and delivered and as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended.
