Framework Tender definition

Framework Tender means the tender submitted by the Consultant in relation to the framework as set out in Schedule 10 [Framework Tender] of the Framework Agreement;
Framework Tender. ‟ means a Tender for appointment to the YORconsult Consultants Framework Agreement.

More Definitions of Framework Tender

Framework Tender means the public tender held prior to this agreement, in which more than one supplier is chosen (each of them hereafter called a "Framework Tender Supplier") and in consequence of which, framework agreements will be concluded with each Framework Tender Supplier, and the identity of the supplier with whom each "order for goods, work or services" to be actually placed, shall be determined from time to time during the framework agreement period in accordance with the conditions of the framework tender.

For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Debt Securities qualify as part of the Issuer’s regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Debt Securities are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Debt Securities are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.
