Franchise Location definition

Franchise Location means any H&R Block-branded physical retail tax preparation office located in the Program Territory doing business with the public that is using Blockworks software and is owned or operated by any Franchisee.
Franchise Location means the business premises approved by Company for the operation of the ROBEKS® store that is the subject of this Agreement, having the address shown on Schedule A.

Examples of Franchise Location in a sentence

  • Company shall provide a representative at the Franchise Location around the time of the opening of the Franchised Business to provide pre-opening and opening supervision and assistance.

  • Construction, maintenance and appearance of the Franchise Business and the Franchise Location.

  • Franchise Owner must complete development of the Franchise Location and purchase and install all equipment, fixtures, signs and supplies specified by the Company at the Franchise Location before opening the Franchise Business.

  • The requirement to refurbish the Franchise Location will be imposed uniformly on all Franchise Owners, but the expenses incurred in fulfilling the requirement will vary depending on such factors as the condition of the Franchise Location and local costs of construction.

  • Such caseload shall be comprised entirely of offenders awaiting intake or post-assessment transfer.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
