  • During the term of this Agreement, Distributor agrees to offer to Supply any Franchised or Licensed Stores within the Distribution Territory on substantially the same terms and conditions as herein contained, provided such Franchised or Licensed Store shall have established and shall have maintained its creditworthiness to Distributor’s reasonable satisfaction.
