Franchised Unit means any restaurant to be operated by the Master Franchisee's franchisees.   • Developer shall not, during the term of this Agreement or thereafter, communicate, divulge, or use for the benefit of any other person, persons, partnership, association, or corporation, any confidential information, knowledge, or know-how concerning the construction and methods of operation of any Franchised Unit which may be communicated to Developer, or of which Developer may be apprised, by virtue of Developer's operation under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The operation of the Franchised Unit by any party other than Franchisee, without Franchisor's prior written consent, shall be deemed a material default of this Agreement for which Franchisee may terminate this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.02 hereof.

  • For all purposes under this Agreement, the date of commencement of operation of the Franchised Unit shall be the date verified in writing by Franchisor and delivered to Franchisee in a form substantially similar to the "Notice" attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

  • Franchisee agrees and shall be obligated to operate the Franchised Unit and perform hereunder for the full Term of this Agreement.

Related to Franchised Unit

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.
