  • If Franchisee fails to complete construction of the Franchised Unit and opens for business within one hundred eighty (180) days of execution of this Agreement.

  • For all purposes under this Agreement, the date of commencement of operation of the Franchised Unit shall be the date verified in writing by Franchisor and delivered to Franchisee in a form substantially similar to the "Notice" attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

  • If Franchisee refuses to permit Franchisor or its agents to enter upon the premises of the Franchised Unit to conduct any periodic inspection as set forth in Sections 5.09.

  • Mobile food unit means a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be readily movable.

A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load.
