Freely Tradeable Value definition
Freely Tradeable Value means the value of the number of Shares delivered to Dealer which such Shares would have if they were freely tradeable (without prospectus delivery) upon receipt by Dealer, as determined by the Calculation Agent by commercially reasonable means.
Freely Tradeable Value means the value of the number of Shares delivered to Deutsche which such Shares would have if they were freely tradeable (without prospectus delivery) upon receipt by Deutsche, as determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the Relevant Price for freely tradeable Shares as of the Valuation Date, or other date of valuation used to determine the delivery obligation with respect to such Shares, or by other commercially reasonable means.
