French Pledge Agreements definition

French Pledge Agreements means the pledge of the shares of the French Subsidiary dated as of the Third Amendment Effective Date executed by ETEL, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Technologies French Acquisition Limited and the Administrative Agent, for and on behalf of the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
French Pledge Agreements means the two Pledge Agreements (Acte de Nantissement de Compte Titres and Acte de Nantissement de Parts Sociales) by Manitowoc France SAS, each dated as April 14, 2008, as amended on the date hereof and made in favor of the French Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Creditors.
