French RCF Finance Parties definition

French RCF Finance Parties means Finance Parties as such term is defined in the French RCF Facility Agreement.

Related to French RCF Finance Parties

  • Finance Parties means the Facility Agent, the Arrangers, the Bookrunners, the Security Trustee, the Lenders, the holders of any Senior Secured Notes and the trustees and/or agents in respect of any Senior Secured Notes and “Finance Party” means any of them.

  • Principal Finance Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Intercreditor Arrangements and any Additional Agreement.

  • UK Non-Bank Lender means (a) where a Lender becomes a party hereto on the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender listed in Schedule 3.01(j), and (b) where a Lender becomes a party hereto after the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender which gives a UK Tax Confirmation in the Assignment and Assumption and/or Joinder Agreement which it executes on becoming a party hereto.

  • Finance Party means the Agent, the Arranger or a Lender.

  • Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.

  • Facility Agent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Creditor Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the L/C Issuers, the Swap Banks, and each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 9.05, and the other Persons to whom the Obligations are owing.

  • Canadian Secured Parties means the Canadian Administrative Agent, the Canadian Facility Lenders, and the Banking Services Providers and Swap Counterparties who are owed any Canadian Secured Obligations.

  • U.S. Loan Parties means the U.S. Borrowers and the U.S. Guarantors.

  • Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and RBSGC.

  • L/C Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.

  • Bank Lenders means the banks and financial institutions party to the Bank Credit Agreement.

  • Prepetition Agent means Goldman Sachs Bank USA in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Joint Lead Arranger means each of Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, PNC Capital Markets, LLC and RBS Securities Inc. and their respective successors, in their capacity as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.

  • Canadian Loan Parties means the Canadian Borrower and the Canadian Guarantors.

  • Co-Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Creditor Representative means, with respect to Series 2023-5, the Indenture Trustee.

  • Credit Facility Agent means that certain agent, in its capacity as arranger and administrative agent under the Credit Agreement or any replacement or successor agent under the Credit Agreement.

  • Prepetition Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” under, and as defined in, the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, modified or supplemented through the Petition Date.

  • Sole Lead Arranger means SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.

  • Security Parties means at any relevant time, the Borrower, the Guarantor, the Pledgor, the Target, the Vessel Owners and any other person who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and “Security Party” means any one of them.

  • Bank of America Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated January 4, 2011, among the Borrower, Bank of America and MLPFS.

  • U.S. Credit Parties means, collectively, the US Borrowers and the US Subsidiary Guarantors.

  • Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Lead Arranger as defined in the preamble hereto.
