Fresenius Settlement Agreement definition

Fresenius Settlement Agreement means that certain settlement agreement and release of claims dated February 6, 2003 by and among the Parent, Grace-Conn, Fresenius, the Asbestos PI Committee, and the Asbestos PD Committee, included as Exhibit 13 in the Exhibit Book, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
