Front Footage definition
Front Footage means the total amount of lineal front feet along Giralda Avenue that is attributed to each Tax Parcel of Abutting Property within the Assessment Area, as determined by a geographic information system measurement performed by Fishkind & Associates, Inc.
Front Footage means that amount of shore line space along which a dock or pier is constructed.
