Front Office Supervisor means an employee who has the appropriate level of training including a supervisory course and who supervises, trains and co-ordinates the work of front office employees. ADMINISTRATION AND GENERAL 'Clerical Grade 1' shall mean an employee who is required to perform basic clerical and routine office duties such as collating, filing, photocopying, and delivering messages.
