Fronted Letter of Credit Exposure definition

Fronted Letter of Credit Exposure means, at any time for each Lender, such Xxxxxx’s Letter of Credit Exposure in respect of Fronted Letters of Credit.
Fronted Letter of Credit Exposure means, at any time for each Lender, such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the sum of (i) the aggregate Stated Amount of all outstanding Fronted Letters of Credit plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all outstanding Reimbursement Obligations in respect of Fronted Letters of Credit at such time.

  • All or any part of such Defaulting Lender’s Fronted Letter of Credit Exposure shall be automatically reallocated (effective on the day such Lender becomes a Defaulting Lender) among the Non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages (calculated without regard to such Defaulting Lender’s Commitment) but only to the extent that such reallocation does not cause the Credit Exposure of any Non-Defaulting Lender to exceed such Non-Defaulting Lender’s Commitment.

  • Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender's Loans at such time.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) the Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Revolving Lender at any time shall be the product of (i) such Revolving Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (ii) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Revolving Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Letter of Credit Obligations means all outstanding obligations incurred by Agent and Lenders at the request of Borrower, whether direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise, due or not due, in connection with the issuance of Letters of Credit by Agent or another L/C Issuer or the purchase of a participation as set forth in Annex B with respect to any Letter of Credit. The amount of such Letter of Credit Obligations shall equal the maximum amount that may be payable by Agent or Lenders thereupon or pursuant thereto.

  • Outstanding Credit Exposure means, as to any Bank at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of its Loans outstanding at such time, plus (ii) an amount equal to its Pro Rata Share of the LC Obligations at such time.

  • Letter of Credit Expiration Date means the day that is seven days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Outstanding Credit Exposure of all the Lenders.
