Frozen Appreciation Amount means each General Partner’s share of the unrealized appreciation of certain real estate (the “Real Estate”) owned by EDJ Leasing Co., L.P., on the date such General Partner contributes the general partnership interest of such General Partner in EDJ Leasing Co., L.P., to the Partnership.
