Frozen Employees definition

Frozen Employees. For those Class M Employees whose salary as of August 11, 2016 was above the applicable maximum step in the employee’s pay range for the 2017-2018 fiscal year when placed on the Merit Pay Plan, each such employee shall receive a salary equal to their salary as of August 11, 2016 and a one-time lump sum payment in the amount of 1.7% of the employee’s salary as of August 11, 2016.
