FSFR definition

FSFR means Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp., a Delaware corporation.
FSFR means a fixed-spread floating interest rate, that is to say an annual percentage rate equal to the Relevant Interbank Rate plus or minus the Spread, calculated by THE BANK for each successive FSFR Reference Period. The rate of interest for each FSFR Reference Period shall be the rate so notified by THE BANK to THE BORROWERS or the relevant BORROWER (as the case may be) within 10 days following commencement of the FSFR Reference Period to which such rate applies.
FSFR has the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals.

Examples of FSFR in a sentence

  • The entire direct or indirect beneficial ownership of Sellers or any of their respective Affiliates in FSFR is 1,691,619 FSFR Shares.

  • The parties hereby designate: (a) FSFR as a third party beneficiary of Sections 3.1, 3.2(b), 3.4(b) and Article VI; (b) each Released Party that is not a party to this Agreement as a third party beneficiary of Section 3.6(a) and Article VI; and (c) each Seller Released Party that is not a party to this Agreement as a third party beneficiary of Section 3.6(b) and Article VI.

  • If the Bank does so indicate, the Borrower may in the Acceptance Notice, instead of providing the elements specified in Paragraph B, request the conversion, into a VSFR Tranche or an FSFR Tranche, of any specified amount of the Tranche such that, immediately after the Conversion, and unless the Bank otherwise agrees, the converted amount and any unconverted amount shall each be at least € 10 million or equivalent.

  • Interest shall be calculated in respect of each FSFR Reference Period on the basis of Article 5.02(iii).

  • The Borrower shall pay interest on the outstanding balance of each FSFR Tranche at FSFR (as defined below) quarterly, semi-annually or annually in arrears on the relevant Payment Dates, as specified in the Disbursement Notice, commencing on the first Payment Date following disbursement of the Tranche.

  • In the event that any such person who will be a new director is unwilling or unable to serve as a director of FSFR, then Buyer shall identify a person or persons (subject to the approval of the board of directors of FSFR) to replace such person as a proposed director of FSFR.
