FT Products definition

FT Products means the “Flat Tummy Tea” line of products as now or may in the future be Commercialized by Nomad or its Affiliates (including future line extensions relating thereto) and other tea or beverage products and related accessories Commercialized from time to time by Nomad or any company or entity controlled by Nomad. For greater certainty, the “Flat Tummy Tea” line of products shall include any products and accessories that are Commercialized under the “Flat Tummy” trademark and/or tradename (or any variations thereof) together with any tea products and related accessories, or any beverage products that are marketed to reduce bloating.

FT Products means the products set out in the Schedule attached hereto and such other products as may be determined by the relevant Company from time to time.

FT Products comprise: • any of the sub-funds of Franklin Xxxxxxxxx Funds (“FTF”), registered in the United Kingdom and being an authorised open- ended investment company with variable capital whether held directly by an investor or in an Individual Savings Account. • any of the sub-funds of Franklin Xxxxxxxxx Investment Funds (“FTIF”), which is incorporated in Luxembourg under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as a société d’investissement à capital variable. • any of the sub-funds of Franklin Xxxxxxxxx Shariah Funds (“FTSF”), which is incorporated in Luxembourg under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as a societe d’investissement a capital variable. • Xxxxxxxxx Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Xxx 0000, as amended from time to time, and held under the Xxxxxxxxx Investment Plan. • For such purposes, the Intermediary agrees that the Intermediary’s and clients’ data may be transmitted to external third parties with whom Franklin Xxxxxxxxx Investments may have a business relationship and which may be established outside the UK and/ or European Union, and for FT Products that are within the scope of the EUSD, reported to the Tax Authorities of either the UK, Luxembourg or any other relevant EU member state where this is required under UK, Luxembourg or other relevant EU tax law.

• Unless agreed otherwise, FT Products must be delivered to KBA-Grafitec as duty unpaid.

• Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and other third party Information Certain information including last sale transaction data and other financial market data, third- party research and analysts' reports, opinions, price charts, news reports, and other information relating to FT Products or other products and securities in the market, may be made available as part of the Site or through a link from the Site.

• The Supplier is obliged to observe and comply with all national, Community and international import and export regulations that are relevant to the fulfilment of a delivery of FT Products and to provide, at its own expense, all related declarations and information, as well as to obtain the necessary transport, import and export permits, unless KBA-Grafitec or a third party is required to apply for such permits according to applicable legal regulations.
