Fuel provider definition

Fuel provider means either of the following:
Fuel provider means any entity that produces, sells, transports, imports or stores motor fuel, or any entity that gener- ates, transmits, imports or sells electricity.
Fuel provider means any Person who provides fuel to any Aircraft at the Airport, including Fixed Base Operators.
